What we provide:

GENERAL PEST CONTROL:
We treat for bugs, ants, roaches, spiders, and flying insects using pesticides approved by the state of SC.
Our jobs are about 1/2 the price of the national companies and are guaranteed 30 days or we do it over free.
We do not require a contract as the national companies do - just call us when you need us.

TERMITE CONTROL:
First, we will provide a first class termite inspection and go over our findings with you.

• There is no charge for this inspection.
  
• If you have termites, we will refer you to a company that offers treatment for existing termite infestation. (Our services are "preventative".)
• If you don't have termite activity within your foundation, we will offer you a preventative termite treatment at about one-third to one-half the price of conventional termite treatments. We have several plans available to make our services affordable within any budget.
• Once you decide to use our services, the job needs to be done. This takes about 2 hours. It can sometimes be done on the same visit.

Second, we will begin our quarterly monitoring program.

• Every 90 days we will visit your home and check the monitors.
  
• We will call to schedule this with you, but you do not have to be home when this is done unless you want to be. We will leave a written report of our findings at the home.
• For the first year the price of these visits is included in the initial price. After the first year you will be billed for your annual renewal fee.

Notes:

• Our contracts have no time limitation as most termite contracts have. They are for "lifetime". As long as you continue to pay your annual renewal fees we will service your property.
• Our renewal fees may increase as business conditions dictate, but it is our business philosophy to keep the costs of our services at the lowest in the industry.
• Our contracts can be transferred to a new owner in case of sale, etc. There is only a small administrative charge for doing this.
• Our philosophy is "Why pay for something you don't need". If you don't have termites then why pay for a complete termite job? A preventative system can kill termites and keep them out of your home. If they somehow manage to get past our system you will be referred to a reputable termite extermination company for treatment. (The TPS system already in place will not be money thrown away, but will continue to be used to monitor and protect your home.)
