Standard Pest Control

Insects get into buildings through any crack, crevice, window or door they can. Mostly they are looking for water, food and shelter.
Through targetted use of pesticides, repellants and mechanical means we aim to elminate these pests from buildings and property. For insects we use pesticides like Talstar (liquid and granular versions), Tranport, and Cynoff. We also use Intergrated Growth Regulators (IGR) to break the breeding cycles of cockroaches and spiders. We sweep down spider webs inside and outside homes and in garages. For serious spider/spider web problems we use a product called Web-Away that makes webs unable to stick to surfaces. All pest control is guaranteed for 30 days from treatment including one call-back if necessary.

How often do you treat the house?

We offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly plans for pest control. Frequency of service depends on the type of pests being treated and the customers preference.

How expensive is it?

Trailers are $49 to start and $39 for subsequent treatments. A 3-4 bedroom house is $59 to start, $49 for subsequent visits.
Estate homes (2,000+ sq/ft) are $69/$59. We use a service agreement instead of a contract so that the customer is not roped into paying for cancelled service. Customers may call off two services in a row but then must pay for a start treatment to renew service. German cockroach service-add $10 to start.

Specialized Pest Control

Some pests are more difficult to eliminate and require special treatment. We offer specialized service for such pests as carpenter ants, carpenter bees, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, hornets, wasps, yellow jackets and bees.

How often do you treat the house?

This depends on the type of pests being treated and the preference of the customer.
